Rayonier Advanced Materials was created as an independent, publicly traded company on June 27, 2014 through a spin-off from Rayonier Inc. (NYSE:RYN). What is the investor relations “quiet period?”
To ensure compliance with applicable law and fair practices for all investors and analysts, Rayonier Advanced Materials has implemented a quiet period that commences on the last day of each fiscal quarter and ends after the quarterly earnings teleconference for each of the first three quarters of the fiscal year. For the fourth quarter of the fiscal year, the quiet period commences two weeks prior to the last day of the fiscal quarter and ends after the earnings teleconference.
